Performance Marketing Specialist (Full-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing ROI through strategic campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with campaign dashboards, and basic knowledge of mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer. You’ll play a key role in driving our user acquisition goals by managing day-to-day operations while collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other advertising platforms. Implement strategies to achieve KPIs, including user acquisition, retention, and conversions.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare detailed reports on key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Attribution & Tracking: Utilize tools like AppsFlyer to track mobile app attribution, analyze install sources, and ensure proper campaign tracking. Create and manage AppsFlyer tracking links for campaigns and coordinate SDK integration with the technical team.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and videos that align with campaign goals. Conduct A/B testing for creative assets and target audiences to improve campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Plan and allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns, ensuring no overspend and maximizing ROI. Track spend against planned budgets and adjust bids and strategies as necessary.
  • Ad Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest trends, features, and algorithm updates for platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, and other relevant networks.
  • Optimization: Continuously refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign structures. Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage users and drive conversions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads campaigns.
  • Strong ability to analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, advertisements dashboard, and AppsFlyer.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and ensure accuracy in campaign setup and reporting.

Foreign Exchange Dealer (Full-Time)

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Foreign Exchange Dealer at HSB Investasi. As a Foreign Exchange Dealer, your day-to-day tasks will include managing business relationships, executing currency trades, monitoring market trends, analyzing financial data, and providing excellent client communication.
Working hours: Please note that this position may occasionally require night shift work as part of the job responsibilities.
Working Hours Night Shift: 13:00 - 22:00 / 1 pm - 10 pm.

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor and manage client trade flow and associated risks;
  • Monitor and manage platform and client connectivity via FIX API;
  • Provide FX and CFDs price quotations and execute client trades.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of currency trading and finance. Preferably has experience using MetaQuotes / MT5.
  • Added value if you have certification as a Financial Analyst or in Risk Management.

KITAS & Visa Administration Officer

Workplace type: On-Site
Office: Mayapada Tower 2, Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No.27 Lantai 14, RT.4/RW.2, Kuningan, Kecamatan Setiabudi, Kota Jakarta Selatan.

Key Responsibilities

KITAS Permit Administration:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting applications, extensions, and renewals for KITAS permits.
  • Collect and verify required documents (e.g., passports, work permits, and company letters) for submission to the Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi or other authorities.
  • Track & follow up KITAS progress or expiration dates and ensure timely processing to prevent delays or violations

TKA Compliance Support:

  • Support the preparation of documents for IMTA (Izin Mempekerjakan Tenaga Kerja Asing) and RPTKA (Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing) following regulations.
  • Ensure all TKA-related documentation complies with UU Cipta Kerja and other relevant laws.
  • Maintain accurate records of expatriate permits and statuses.

Field Coordination:

  • Travel to immigration offices, embassies, or other government agencies to submit documents, attend appointments, or resolve issues.
  • Accompany expatriates to required appointments (e.g., biometric sessions) when necessary.
  • Liaise with external agents or vendors to streamline permit processes.

Expatriate Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to expatriate employees, such as guidance on permit requirements and processes.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive expatriate data.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or a related field.
  • Have 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in HRGA, immigration, or expatriate services. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian immigration and labor regulations (e.g., UU Cipta Kerja, PP No. 35/2021).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with handling Expat work permits and regulations is preferable

As the Brand & Content Strategist at HSB Investasi, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and voice across all digital touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for developing compelling brand narratives, content strategies, and multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and trust among our audiences, especially Millennials and Gen Z retail investors. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and executional excellence to position HSB as a leading regulated investment platform in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  • Define and evolve HSB’s brand identity, positioning, mission, and tone of voice.
  • Develop and lead integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Create a brand communication framework including taglines, master narratives, and messaging pillars for different audience segments.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive benchmarking to identify differentiation opportunities.
